How to buy

1º >> Search articles
- The shop displays on the left side the article finder from where you can search for an article from the string entered in the form. Existing sections or categories are also displayed in the left margin. By clicking on the categories, the different subcategories that depend on it will appear in the central part. The categories that have subcategories are distinguished by being aligned to the right or ending with the + sign.

- In the page of each category or subcategory will appear products in offer or recommended selected by www.despensamexicana.es . From this page you can also access the list of all articles of the current category indicated as [Show more articles].

- Clicking on an article you will access to the particular file of that product with detailed information about it, its photograph and its price in euros.
In the card of some products a selector can appear to determine the different characteristics or varieties (format, color, size, etc.) of the same one. These characteristics may cause the price of the item to be displayed at the time of selection.

2º >> Add items to cart
- To add any item to your shopping cart you have to click on the link [buy] or the icon that represents a shopping cart from the shop window, from the item file or from the category list.

- You can always see your basket by clicking on the link [see basket] that appears in the Mini Basket. During the navigation through the store always shows the Mini Basket that gives you a summary of the status of your basket. Once in the basket you can modify the units of an article, delete articles and see the amount of your order. From the basket you take the step to make the final purchase by clicking on the link [Process order].

- You can also add items to the basket from your personal area "your orders", area where your data is reflected and the history of purchases. Each of the orders listed has a link prepared to include the items in that order in the current basket and save time browsing the store if you have to repeat an order previously placed. Of course in the basket you can make the necessary changes to adjust your new order.

3º >> Identify yourself
- The next step will be to identify yourself with your e-mail and password if you are already a customer of www.despensamexicana.es or fill out the customer form if it is the first time you buy in our store.
Once identified you will see the screen with billing and shipping data, amount of items, shipping costs to select depending on the shipping data and choose the method of payment.

4º>> Finish your order
- Once you have checked that all the information is correct, you must click on the [Finish Order] button to confirm and close the order. After this, a screen will appear in which you will be told the order number assigned to your purchase and other details of it.
